All tours proceed subject to minimum numbers of clients (8).

All tour costs are ex Auckland. Please contact us for a quote if you require us to book air travel from your home to Auckland and return.

All tours require a $1000 deposit upon booking.

Balance of tour payments are due no less than 90 days before tour departs.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:

Due to the situation regarding medical costs in the United States all clients MUST provide evidence of travel insurance at the time of final payment.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS:

In general deposits are non-refundable. In exceptional circumstances beyond the clients control, if  cancellation occurs more than 90 days prior to a tours departure a refund of the deposit less reasonable administration costs may be made upon application to KiwiAm Travellers. 

If a client cancels a booking less than 90 days but more than 60 days prior to a tours departure, a refund of payment less the deposit will occur.

Because payments for airfares and accomodation are made in upon final payment, any cancellation after final payment has been made incurs significant costs.

If a client cancels a booking less than 60 days but more than 45 days prior to a tours departure, a refund less 35% of the total tour price will occur. 

If a client cancels a booking less than 45 days but more than 15 days prior to a tours departure, a refund less 60% of the total tour price will occur.  

If a client cancels a booking less than 15 days but more than 7 days prior to a tours departure a refund less 70% of the total tour price will occur.

If a client cancels a booking less than 7 days prior to a tours departure they will be issued a credit of 30% of the tours costs to go towards any future tour.

If a client is a no show on the day of departure without sufficient notice or cause no refund will occur.

If KiwiAm Travellers cancels a tour due to insufficient numbers a full refund less the deposit will be made together with a credit of the deposit to be transferred to any future tour.
